• Accelerates the curing during winter (low temperature and humidity) of Polyurethanes, Polyureas or polyurethanes.
• Improves the mechanical properties of the final membranes obtained during drying.
• Allows applications of thicknesses greater than usual.
• Facilitates application on vertical surfaces by increasing thixotropy.
• Eliminates bubbling and other surface defects.
• Compatible with other Futur-Tixotropante PU additives.

Before applying the product, check that the support is clean and free of traces of oil, grease, silicone, contaminating waxes or soil materials. If repair is needed, apply appropriate repair mortars. It is necessary to start from a porous concrete support, without grout and free of curing liquids. Minimum compressive strength of concrete: 15 N/mm2. Minimum tensile strength of concrete: 1 N/mm2. If in doubt, carry out a test before application. Mix the product with the help of a low speed agitator to avoid including air.

Before application, shake the container containing FUTUR-ACTIVATOR 3000 PU. Pour the contents into the container containing FUTURPOL-PU, FUTURCOAT and FUTURPROTECT. Once mixed with the product, apply immediately. The recommended product addition ranges from 10 to 30% depending on the inclination.

The recommended proportions are the following:

FUTURPOL-PU/FUTUR-ACTIVATOR 3000 PU 25 Kg/1 Kg
FUTURCOAT/ FUTUR-ACTIVATOR 3000 PU 25 Kg/0.5 Kg
FUTURPROTECT PU 25 Kg/0.25 Kg

Once mixed with the product where the Pot-Life is added, it is 25 minutes (at 25ºC).

It is compatible with the FUTUR-TIXOTROPANTE PU product when faster drying is needed. Stable for 12 months from its manufacturing date, in its original, well-closed and undamaged container. Store in a dry and cool place at temperatures between +5ºC and +25ºC. To clean materials and utensils, use FUTURSOLVENT 001 before the product hardens. Once the product has hardened it can only be removed by mechanical means.
