Waterproofing of the visitable roof
Waterproofing of the visitable roof by applying a liquid membrane of FUTURPOL-PU, FUTURCOAT POLYUREA, FUTURPROTECT-610 PU, after cleaning and preparing the support including priming, treatment of downspouts, expansion joints, joints, and singular points.
REQUESTED PROPERTIES
The products used must have CE marking category S, W3 and a workbook duly sealed and recognized by an external laboratory.
TREATMENT OF VERTICAL SURFACES
Cleaning the surface to remove grease, dirt and loose materials. Application of FUTURPOL-PU, FUTURCOAT POLYUREA, FUTURPROTECT-610 PU without reinforcement.
SUPPORT PREPARATION
Analysis, preparation of new supports or rehabilitations so that they are smooth, clean, dry and as hard as possible in accordance with the Annex: Preparation of the Support and treatment of singular points. Repair of surface defects, irregularities, fissures, cracks and filling of gaps with the help of polyurethane putty FUTUR-MASTIC PU, FUTUR-MALLA, FUTUR HIGROSMART-IMPER or Fiber or epoxies type FUTUFLOOR EPOXI SELF-LEVELING or FUTUFLOOR PU2K SELF-LEVELING, loaded or not.
TREATMENT OF SINGULAR POINTS
Meetings with downspouts, expansion joints, sharp edges, half-rounds, mechanical fixings, cable glands, mimbeles, edge treatments: with FUTUR-MASTIC EXPERT BUILDING polyurethane putty or with the FUTUR-ARMADURA POLYÉSTER or FUTUR-TELA JUNTAS mesh.
PRIMING AND FINISHING
Depending on the quality, porosity or nature of the support to be coated, or the type of product to be used, it may be necessary to apply with a consumption of 0.100 to 0.450 Kg/m2 one of the following primers: FUTURPRIMER WATERDUR, FUTURPRIMER UNIVERSAL, FUTURPRIMER MICROSEALER 50 , FUTURPRIMER T PU, or Primer-W. Some waterproofing may require a vapor barrier that would be created with FUTURPRIMER WATERDUR (0.6-1 Kg/m2 depending on the porosity of the support). Termination: Application of FUTURPOL-PU, FUTURCOAT POLYUREA, FUTURPROTECT-610 PU without assembly.
